Recruitment selection process
All our security personal will be selected in security person by the 07 days physical & documentation training in our Training center. We selected all security person in our company by following the points.
(1.0) Documentation
a. 10th,pass certificates.
b. Residences proof (permanent & temporary)
c. Police verification.
d. Photograph.
e. Experience Certificate.
(2.0) Physical fitness
a. Height: Not less then 5’6”
b. Weight: Not less then 55.KG
c. Medical certificate.
UNIFORM
Shoes black oxford pattern , blue Trousers, Navy blue strip shirt with Logo, and Lanyard with whistle, shoulder title, Personal Identity Card with colored photograph. An option of CERMONIAL uniform is given according to client requirement to add color on special Occasions This includes a red sash KAMARBAND, white anklets and batons color.
